Any internet search will return numerous websites for sports photographers and delving into each you'll see that we can all say how blessed we are to have been allowed to shoot certain sports or events, all of which is true as being court side at a sports event is amazing each and every time and I never get tired of it.

The thing that I always think of and thank my lucky stars for is that having a camera is like having a passport to such events. Whether it is shooting runners in the local park or Usain Bolt at the London Stadium the chance to capture the action and emotion of a sporting occasion is something fantastic to me. To be there with a camera in a position to be able to do this is a privilege and something that I try to do justice to at each occasion and which sometimes works out.

To have worked with and for so many sports people and organizations over the years is something that I'll always look back on with a whole range of thankful and joyous emotions, for when you are doing something that you truly love then you'll never work a day in your life.

Most of my work is by invitation from organizers or athletes but please get in touch if you have an event that you want capturing and we can talk rates and output. Digital images for non-commercial use start at £25 each, and my standard day rate is £250.
